Our Story

After tinkering with winemaking for years, Todd Dole and children established Tuskany Vineyard in 2020. We aim to bring a new option for wine lovers in Abilene with locally grown grapes.

The project was set back in 2022 thanks to the Mesquite Heat fire. Thankfully, the View Capps Volunteer Fire Department saved our vines. But the heat of the fire combined with the heat of the summer and extremely dry conditions led to poor growth for the year.

In 2023, Tuskany Vineyard welcomed Jill Dole to the project following Todd and Jill's wedding.
